These larger 88 and 100 inch tables are specially designed for boardrooms, restaurants and large families in mind.  This 100 incher will seat 12 to 14 people. As a rule of thumb, it’s good to allow 2 1/2 to 3 feet of space between the table and wall for chair room. For this table you will need a minimum room size of 13 x 13 feet. For assembly reasons, your minimum ceiling height must be 8 1/2 feet. As in the other tables, it is 29 inches high. The inbuilt susan is an impressive overall 72 inches in diameter. The glass center is 48 inches in diameter and 3/8 inch thick. This is much safer that the 1/8 inch that is commonly used in your plate glass widows. As in the smaller versions, this susan insert is removable for cleaning purposes. While this segmented insert is an upgrade in the 76 inch table, it is standard in the 88 and 100 inch tables. When you get up to this size of an insert, the solid wood concept just isn’t as stable as the segmentation type, and is susceptible to warping and binding. The exclusive swivel mechanism system is an awesome 58 inches in diameter, and at this time considered a Company Confidential trade secret. The outer plate perimeter is again a very generous 14 inches wide.
The entire table is manufactured of SolidOak. This is a very durable, extremely rigid and solidly built table. Rock Solid design assures that there is virtually no give when you lean on the table top edge. This edge itself is twice as  thick as the smaller 50 and 62 inch versions, giving much better proportion as well as additional strength and rigidity.
This larger table has a few extra variations than the smaller ones. First of all is the leg bracing system. As you will see in the following pictures, you have an option with either the straight dowells, turned spindles, or none at all. Then comes the susan insert glass. We offer either clear or smoked glass.
See-thru option (not shown on this page) is available with the clear glass at no additional cost.

I don’t have a model of the 100 inch table. It is pretty much the same as the 88 inch table, so we will use the same pictures for now. The major difference is the leg system. Instead of four legs, there would be a total of 6.

Below you can see that we have used an 8 sided leg on the 88 inch table. You will also note that we went with just a simple cross brace. This gves the table a very clean, contemporary look.

The next images will show the turned and straight dowel bracing systems. Although the base is actually from the 76 inch table, you will get the general idea as to what each style looks like. First we have the Turned Spindles

Here is what the Straight Dowelling looks like
